AI credits

How are AI credits used?

AI credits apply to suggested listing edits, background changes for product photos, and AI-assisted drafts. You still decide what to use, what to edit, and what should be sent to Etsy.

Launch access Can I use CraftCenter before public launch?

Join the early access list. Pricing and paid plan selection are not live yet, and we are inviting shops in batches so early feedback can shape the app before a wider release.

AI credits How are AI credits used?

AI credits apply to suggested listing edits, product photo background changes, and AI-assisted drafts as those tools open in early access.

You decide Do Smart Fixes auto-publish?

No. Nothing changes unless you approve it, and you choose what you want to change.

Independence Is CraftCenter affiliated with Etsy?

No. CraftCenter is independent from Etsy. It uses Etsy's API after you authorize access through Etsy, but it is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

Connected shops What happens to connected shop data?

CraftCenter only shows the Etsy shop data you authorize, such as listings, orders, customers, and analytics. Suggested listing changes are not sent to Etsy until you review them, and you can disconnect access from account settings.

Plan choice Which plan should I choose first?

You are not choosing a paid plan today. The planned tiers show whether your first need is one shop, listing and photo help, or multi-shop/team support.
