CraftCenter
Seller tools for Etsy shops
This policy explains what information CraftCenter collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. CraftCenter is not Etsy, and Etsy's own privacy policy applies when you use Etsy or connect an Etsy account.

Information we collect
- Account details you provide, such as your name, email address, password credentials, subscription status, AI credit balance, and support messages.
- Etsy data you authorize CraftCenter to access, including shop profile data, listings, inventory, orders, customers, reviews, sales performance, shipping profiles, return policies, and related activity.
- Content you create or upload in the app, including listing edits, labels, notes, camera photos, viewfinder overlays, product images, AI background requests, quality-review prompts, and generated drafts.
- Device and usage details needed to operate the app, such as app settings, theme preferences, realtime sync identifiers, diagnostics, API error details, and approximate network metadata.
How we use information
- To sign you in, connect your Etsy shop, sync shop data, show analytics, manage listings and orders, run automations, and keep app state current across devices.
- To provide AI-assisted tools when you request them, including listing quality opportunities, draft edits, photo backgrounds, and related credit accounting.
- To process subscriptions, App Store purchases, AI credit purchases, refunds, entitlements, and account administration.
- To secure the service, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.
Sharing and processors
- CraftCenter shares data with Etsy only as needed to connect your shop, read authorized shop information, and submit changes you approve or automations you enable.
- CraftCenter uses service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, App Store purchase validation, diagnostics, security, and AI features. These providers process data for CraftCenter's business purposes.
- Apple processes App Store purchases and may provide transaction, subscription, and entitlement information to CraftCenter. Apple does not provide CraftCenter with your full payment card details.
- CraftCenter does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
On-device data
- Session tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain when available. Preferences, selected shop details, camera session records, overlays, and local image files may be stored on your device.
- Photos are accessed only when you choose to capture, select, upload, or edit them. iOS permission controls let you limit or revoke photo and camera access.
- Deleting the app may remove local app data from the device, but synced account and shop data may remain on CraftCenter servers until you delete your account or request deletion.
Your choices
- You can disconnect Etsy access through Etsy or CraftCenter where available, sign out of the app, revoke device permissions in iOS Settings, or choose not to use optional AI and camera features.
- You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@craftcenterapp.com.
- You can delete your CraftCenter account from Settings > Account. Account deletion is designed to remove your CraftCenter account, Etsy connections, synced shop data, automations, diagnostics, and AI credit history.
Retention and security
- CraftCenter keeps personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
- CraftCenter uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, credential storage controls, access controls, and diagnostic redaction.
- No internet service is perfectly secure. If CraftCenter learns of a security issue that requires notice, affected users will be notified as required by law.
Children, regions, and updates
- CraftCenter is intended for Etsy sellers and is not directed to children under 13.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state, national, or regional privacy laws.
- CraftCenter may update this policy as the app and backend evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice in the app or by email.
